Initial Consult and Discovery
This includes an in-person meeting to walk through the project, discuss our process, and learn what aspects of the project are most important to you.
Design and Cost Analysis
For most projects, this will include a detailed scope of work and estimate on the full costs of material and labor. For larger projects, this will include an initial price range estimate as well as a pre-construction agreement. This contract will allow us to work with designers and architects during the early stages of the project to build detailed construction plans and cost analysis to best fit the budget as well as your goals.
Construction
This is when the fun begins. . . Our team will get to work bringing the plans into reality!
